The risk of loss trading securites can be substantial. Securities trading has large potential risks, in addition to any potential rewards. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the securities markets. Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose. In addition, it's important to understand and accept that there can be data outages and server failures.  The broker's system might not be functional or the broker's or Silicon Trading's servers might have technical difficulties.  This can lead to greater risk.  Financial markets do not always gaurantee exact fills.  Periods of fast markets can cause greater degrees of slippage and less than ideal fills.  There can be no gaurantee that your account will always be able to enter and exit at the program's ideal entry or exit point.

Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer

Hypothetical performance results have many inheret limitations, some of which are described below.  No representation is being made that any trading account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown, in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypotherical trading performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.

One of the limitations of hypothetical trading performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight.  In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading.  For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results.  There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which can not be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical trading performance results, and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Silicon Trading LLC treats personal information that Silicon Trading collects and receives.  Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.  This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Silicon Trading does not own or control, or to people that Silicon Trading does not employ or manage.

Silicon Trading collects personal information when you register with Silicon Trading, and when you use Silicon Trading products or services.  When you register we ask for information such as your name and email address.  Once you register with Silicon Trading and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.  Silicon Trading collects information about your transactions with us.  Silicon Trading automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Silicon Trading cookie information, and the page you request.  Silicon Trading uses this information to customize the content and advertising you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

 Silicon Trading does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, or when we have your permission, except under the following circumstances: Responding to a subpeona, court order, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims; to investigate prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Silicon Trading's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.  We will transfer information about you if Silicon Trading is acquired or merged with another company.  In this event, Silicon Trading will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Silicon Trading may set and access Silicon Trading cookies on your computer.  Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Silicon Trading cookies.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.  Your Silicon Trading account information is password-protected.

Silicon Trading LLC may update this policy.  We Will notify you about signficant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Silicon Trading account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

General Terms of Use

Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form wthout prior written consent from Silicon Trading LLC is prohibited.  You are responsble for the use of your password.  Membership with Silicon Trading LLC will continue until it is either dscontinued by Silicon Trading LLC or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received.  Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded.  Excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service.  Giving your account information to anyone else is prohibited.  Users will not by themselves, or in conjunction with others compete with Silicon Trading LLC, or have any interest in such business enterprise which shall be engaged in competition, as proprieter, partner, employee, shareholder, principal agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity whatsoever, anywhere.
